I want to give my opinion first and then I'm going to get the good and bad out of the way, I'm not a fan of d3t, and I wish sega would stop using them their projects and the reason I say this is because of the Sega Genesis collection that recently came out, that turn out to be a buggy mess and it took patches to fix it, and what does this got to do with the shenmue collection, im going to get on it right now, for the bad, from what was released, the game had audio problems, and some of the cutscenes bug out into the background and you won't be able to see, and some of the characters glitch out, and the PC version has worse, and I'm not going to get into that, I know they released a one day patch to fix some of it, but it need another patch fix the rest, I just wish that they could have asked sega for extra time to delay the game before releasing it, the voice acting is a bit dated what can you do it's a early 2000 game, but in my opinion is still good but that might turn some new people off, as for the good, I like how D3t kept both games original intro and updated the menus from The Original dreamcast and Xbox, the game is a semi remaster with updated visuals, the combat may not be for everybody and uses the Virtua fighter combat system and it will take some getting used to, but once you do you'll be a badass fighting machine, but again it may not be for everyone, the story is good, it's a tells a Revenge story but it's story but it may not be for everybody, because the pacing is a slow Burn, but what you have to understand is it's a stroy driven Focus game, the people in this world are alive and you can talk to them and some of them will help you out, the game has a lot of details so you can check drawers, go to stores and buy stuff, it's not GTA detail so don't expect that, as a long-time fan despite my problems with the developer d3t, I'm asking you to give it a chance.
